Here is your documentation Jimbo. Course site gives option for scorecard, but site does not show one---so looked in at Blue Golf that does not show hazards unless pay a fee and join, but it does list hole #5 playing at 485 yards. https://course.bluegolf.com/bluegolf/co ... recard.htm

Hi Glenn-for what it's worth I sent my crttique of the BETA before the FINAL was posted...I thought that the reason that BETAs were uploaded was, not just to play the course but to make observations. In this case I'm not simply mentioning grandstands but there was a texture issue on holes 2-7-I'm not the only person who made the observation. I also suggested a fix for the yardage/par situation. The roads were listed as simply a concrete texture too. If that's a waste of time then I'll stop nitpicking.
BTW if I had nitpicked the Tiger Woods version of St. George's they would have found out that:
1. You can't see the CN Tower unless you're standing on the clubhouse roof and if you were standing on the roof you would see that,
2. The Tower was on the wrong side of the lake.

Anyway if you really feel that it's a waste of time it's your call. I'll just wait for the Finals.

I just wanted to say - besides the overall course looking really good, I especially wanted to thank you guys for the great fairway, rough and especially green textures! Terrific job on them. Very realistic looking! :clapping: :clapping:

Hi Glenn-I missed the smilie!😄
The Nitpicker is back in business. Now that see what your agenda is I'll do some scouting.
As I've said-after 20 years you've kept this game relevant, not just to "gamers" but golfers as well-with absolutely no help from Bill Gates.
Besides, Bill Gates has to keep renewing his stuff every few years.😀

Just played this course.

Alas it appears it has problems with the Windows 11/Intel embedded graphics/dgVoodoo combination and hangs.

Saw three hangs on my Notebook, no useful information given in event viewer. I did have a hang on my desktop and got a dump, it was a memory allocation error.

Tried course on a combination of Linux/Nvidia/Wine and had no problems.

I found the water holes to be very attractive in particular.

Just out of curiosity - did it not load at all, or did it crash on any certain hole? I could try on my Laptop, which has that setup combination.

Other: Austin, Sheshan, Kauri Cliffs, Le Golf, Shadow Creek Updates: Whirlpool, Royal Lytham, Royal St George's, Chicago, Chambers Bay, Munchen Nord E

It loads and plays as per usual. It has crashed on various holes at different times, so it is not consistent. At one stage I was able to restart Links and continue where I had left off.

I suspect something in dgVoodoo is disagreeing with Links, but only with some courses.

We play this course very often,
even online, and have never had any problems or crashes with TPC Southwind.

I don't think it's the course's fault.

My system: Win10 - dgVoodoo 2.7 - i7 4790K - RTX 3080
