Hi everyone,
I noticed a major difference in graphics on different computers. This highlights the way one person sees something different than what others see.
See if you notice the difference?

Re: Different graphic situations
There are different settings within Links used, which explains some things like rendering distance of 2D objects, different appearance of swing meter, shadows being turned on/off etc, then one of them seems to be captured within the game as a screenshot whereas the other seems to be a video through youtube which means the appearance likely changed some bit through compression (I think jpeg screenshots get compressed too, but video compression tends to be on a whole different level as far as I know). The 2 differences I had difficulty explaining to myself were:
1) the fact that WC-2 seems slightly darker (often things will look quite different indeed to the eye on different monitors, but digital images still tend to look the same when comparatively viewed afterwards through the same monitor - unless they are physically taken as photographs of their monitor with a camera, I dont know if either of these images were but Im guessing not) but I think this is probably explained by the Youtube compression?
2) The fact that some 2D objects (the rocks) look much larger in WC-2 , frankly I have no idea why this might be. I think I recall through testing that the display resolution used can have a minor effect on rendering distance of 2D objects (WC-2 clearly has a much lower resolution used), but this is about apparent size of the objects, not about rendering distance, so that surprises me... I cannot get the rocks to look like they do in WC-2 (I didnt try different resolutions, but I feel like that shouldnt matter) Unless they are actually different versions of the same course between which the size of the rocks was actually changed (or replanted) within APCD. I remember there were a few different versions of this course publicized.
