Windows 11 & Links 2003 problem
My Windows 11 specs:
Windows 11 home
Version 21H2
OS 22000.2538
16 RAM
PROCESSOR: 11TH GEN INTEL(R) CORE (TM) i5-11400h@2.70hz 2.69 ghz
SYSTEM: 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM X64-BASED PROCESSOR
Graphics card: NVIDIA Ge Force RTX 3050 Laptop GPV
All the Links updated have been added & run

My problem: I have loaded Links 2003 via disk 1&2
Links 2003 recognizes Intel® UHD GRAPHICS
All kinds of graphics happen until “rendering” freezes program
In device manager there are 2 display adapters
Intel (R) UHD graphics
NVIDIA Ge Force RTX 3050 Laptop GPV

Question:
What can I do to have Links 2003 recognize the above NVIDIA graphics
The NVIDIA card is not listed in Links 2003 options
When I double click the Intel (R) UHD graphics properties in device manager, driver,
There is a pick to “disable device”
Will this action make the NVIDIA Adapter the primary adapter in Links 2003?
Do I need to do anything else.
Need any more info for help?

With machines that have Intel and Nvidia graphics chipsets the default for the System is power saving mode i.e, use the Intel Graphics.

While I no longer have a Windows notebook with the dual chipsets (unfortinately), if I recall correctly you use the Nvidia control panel to set what GPU is to be used for an application.

You could of course completely disable the Intel and use Nvidia for everything but that will drain the battery sooner.
