I'm almost ready to call it quits. I hate losing work I meticulously do due to APCD crashing. I sometimes get so into doing stuff I forget to save and make a backup of the work I'm doing. I can do 5-10 saves with no problem and forget to make a backup and them BAM, APCD crashes on me. I lose 20 min...

I'm not trying to be a wise a**. Have you rebooted the system after this happened? Sometimes that's all it takes.
