TPC Blue Monster at Doral 2011
Release Date 2011-02-28 : LC_ID # 1993
CRZ Filename: TPC Blue Monster at Doral 2011 -1.CRZ
Cond. - Gusty - SC/FC = 12.4

:bookh: You won't be seeing these changes in the game but you will see them on TV. A few greens did move or turned.

*Number 2 green went from East-West to a North-South look.

*Seven (7) is now on the other side of the far right bunker, placing it next to the water (if seen overhead).

*On the 8th hole, as you approach the green there are three finger bunkers. the new hole location is right on the other side giving it a water hazard on the left now.

* And it looks like 15 moved to the left 50Y, next to the water (I ain't missing that hole hehe) :cheers1:

Have Fun and Good Luck :fcrossed:

Played another practice round earlier.

Approach shots were more normal, so plenty of long putts. Did manage to stay dry this time, A bit hit and miss but still shot a 67 with fairly conservative and percentage play.

Next is on to the first round and my desktop machine, where I expect to collapse in a heap :)

Started with a birdie and ended with a double bogey for a 73.
I was a little disappointed with the round but it was a lot better that my opening 84 two weeks ago. the s/c was a little different to the last two tournaments, certainly more friendly for me. Now, if only we can loose the Gusty wind.....?

As an aside, what does this mean:

Ian, I played this game for a good long while before I realized (thanks to Adelade) it was possible to change the pin locations. I also wondered why my score changed after the last hole when I got something other than par on it. There are other examples of how I learned the nuances of our game in an embarrassing way.

Also, you are not the first person on this thread to confuse dwg and dko.

Just keep playing, getting better, and asking away.
