Just finished my 3rd round, started like Doug's, eagle at 1 followed by bogies at 2,4 and 5, lipped out birdie putt on 9 to go out in 37, on the way to the tee at 10 something happened to my putter and it heated up and I birdied the first four holes on the back nine with birdies at 16 and 17 to come back in in 29 for a 37-29=66 5 under par, 9 fairways, 13 greens, 27 putts. Full disclosure I used Fast/Firm but not challenging as i would have probably made a 9 at 18 as my first putt roared by the hole and started down the swale to the right side of the pin.

Re: Links PGA Tour 2026 - Valspar Championship
Replay with the slower settings. I didn't want to go to FC/FC because it's the last stop on the stimpmeter. I would go to Windy to throw are balls around the course to slow down our scoring. I didn't want to upstage the Pros. But 73 ain't a bad score.Pinseeker wrote: ↑March 21st, 2026, 5:28 pm Round 3 https://youtu.be/gTEfB2NeUKE
I realised I played the wrong green speeds, set it to FC/FC which resulted the disaster on 18

I missed the highly visible swing gauge option. I'll also turn on the full tracer for the sake of the you tube videos. Otherwise, I'm the same as you except for showing new records.

I tried a few holes at FC/FC. It's like playing on ice! And I think 73 is remarkable...Southcitygolf wrote: ↑March 21st, 2026, 6:10 pmReplay with the slower settings. No that’s fine, I might end up with a worse scoreSouthcitygolf wrote: ↑March 21st, 2026, 6:10 pmReplay with the slower settings. It sounds like many are clickers, I haven't looked at click this century and am using RTS, perhaps this contributes to my putting woes, any excuse will do :).
