Whoa, eagle on number 1 with a VERY tricky putt! Wow, two quick bogies. Birdie on 9 for -1 on front. Also, four birdies between 10 and 16. Left myself with a 55-foot chip on 17 and got it within 5 feet of the hole (took some lessons from the local pro.) Thinking I would escape with my par...I three-putted. :dunno: Got excited when my second on 18 looked like it was gonna stop a foot from the hole. It rolled 31 feet away. Made par for a 68.

I haven't posted the round because I lost sound again and haven't been able to get it back. Since I don't accept updates because it was so hard to get Links to work with Windows 11, and I'm afraid the fix I used might get axed, and I only use this computer to play Links, I might have missed an update to solve the sound problem.

As I thought I probably would, I posted the link anyway.

This was, to me, a very interesting round. When I saw the conditions posted by SCG, I was quite honestly terrified. Fortunately, I remembered that this was all for fun, and why not challenge myself with situations I do not normally place myself in.

The front nine was far less routine than I suggested at first. Memory is the first thing to go. After the eagle on 1 and bogies on 3 and 4 there was a birdie on 5 and then an absurd double bogie on 6 (please watch.) Birdies on 8 AND 9 for the "routine" -1 front.

The rest I've described, with some nice putts I forgot (never mind 17-please.) Although there was a par save on 13 that I'm particularly proud of.

Anyway, done for now. I'll shut up.

I played a couple of more rounds, it is the fast challenging greens causing most of my grief, not getting the speed or reads anywhere near right and breathing too hard on many putts.

:clapping: vn round Doug. No sound isn't a problem.
It's like watching porn when the sound doesn't line up with the action

How do you change the appearance of the swing meter? I can't figure out how you get the dots to appear as they are on your recordings.
