Sage,
Have you tried Colin Jones's tip for removing the white line on tree images?
In GIMP, you just go Layer > Transparency > Threshold Alpha. Then set the slider to 0.50 (I think that's the default value anyway). That will remove all of the alpha pixels that are less than 50% transparent
I have used it on all the new tree images I have purchased and it worked perfectly, but I have not tried it on a panorama.
The last time I worked with panoramas I spent hours trying to remove manually each white pixel and it didn't work. Fortunately Daniel, the panorama specialist, took the white line away quicker than it took me to send the image.
Hope it works for you.

Sage, if Daniel can't lend a hand, maybe he can offer some tips on how to get rid of the white pixel-line. Just thinking...

Sage, I saw the subject line for this and got very excited, thinking someone had a UK course in the works :clapping:

Imagine my slight disappointment when I saw it wasn't :wallbash:

Haven't the will to wrangle with APCD these days, so I'll make do with the ones I and others have already made :surrender:

Thanks for working on all the courses you do though. Some have come in useful for the DP Tour I run at LSPN

Hey Stephen,
Did you or do you have a UK course that has not been done in mind? Maybe if you post it here Linkster might see it and let us know if there is good lidar data available.

Sage....... :cheers1:

I'd looked at Royal Liverpool when it was The Open course. I'd even downloaded the course tips and videos available of each hole https://www.royal-liverpool-golf.com/1-course

I've just not got the time now, even though I'm semi-retired.

So. I've had a couple of comments on issues.....that's it. Must be pretty perfect huh? LMAO....!!!!!!

Seriously are there any issues that I need to be concerned with.

Of course when I get the course back I will make some changes I noticed. And release a beta version.

I have had a couple of rounds, in general play I have not noticed any problems about the course.

The houses behind the 16 green look perhaps a little too close together or something. There is something not looking quite right about them.

Hi Sage
Played a quick practice round from the back tees. Agree with Des regarding houses on the 16th. Also a water surface issue on the 18th. Other than the white line issue a beautiful course!
