It would probably come out faster if you learned the APCD and did it yourself...just saying

Had this talk before from the other side when i released visual pinball recreations myself in the early 2000s (over 40) and earlier when i made Jack Nicklaus Signature Edition golf courses. The one thing i did do was tell people, I'm sorry i won't be releasing this table after all -or- there will be a 4 month delay on this or that. I kept people up to date and was up front and honest with them. As a dad who has promised a trip somewhere or another, I do the same thing if delays or cancellations occur on trip plans. Nothing is owed to the kids or the pinball fans, but I feel it is just courteous to keep them updated. I'm not expecting anything. Just hoping. A word or two is all that's really hoped for. It's just life. It's not a feeling of being owed something or entitlement at all. It's just communication.

Whether you feel it or not, it's pressure - applied by you. Course developers know others are waiting - just do it silently or learn the APCD and do it yourself! Somebody is doing you and me a favor by doing the course - appreciate it without nagging at them!

That's cool that you did some pinball recreations back in the day. I did a quick search and found that IS you (Duglis) here: https://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app= ... file=12288 (and all those others too).

Pinball sims are my next favorite computer game (golf sims/Links #1). It's been years (early 2000's, roughly) since I played any Visual Pinball though. Pinball Arcade on Android has given me endless pleasure in this last decade instead. Too bad the Bally/Williams tables cannot be developed on that platform anymore, I would have liked to have seen Jalopy (and many others) on that app.

I am just trying to let you know that the course probably isn't even being worked on, it may have been started but that's about it. I can't speak for Eric but if he comes around to working on the APCD again he will post, so if he's not posting, nothing is happening.

Yes, quite sad. Visual pinball has advanced quite a ways since the early 2000s. I think every table I did has been enhanced, modded, or complety redone with graphics artists who make it look beautiful. I focused on playability. Most are just as playable and fun as my old ones and better due to the graphics inprovements. Only a few are still better playing with my ones I did. Be well! Visual Pinball is my favorite and this golf is my second favorite computer program!

Since begging hasn't worked, perhaps a monetary incentive might?
No matter where you go, there you are.
