Andy,
Is there a time delay on sending PMs?
I have tried to reply to a PM 3 hours ago and it is still in the Outbox. I repeated the reply and it too is sitting in the Outbox.
Am I missing something?

I've had an email in my outbox since March 2020.
If the recipient doesn't read your email, the email will still be in the outbox.

So the PMs have been sent to the recipient and when they read the PM it moves to the Sent folder?

That's correct.

It seems a crazy idea to me but I can do nothing about it.
