Sort Sequence of "All Courses"

This also applies to all of the course listings. Now you can only sort the names by reverse alphabetical sequence - Z to A. No A to Z is available.

I'm constantly tweaking the course listings to try and improve them. See how things are now.

That's great. Name and date are the only 2 I look at both ways.
