Try cutting the green speed by one setting from what is posted and see how you go initially. The practice round is posted at MC/FC so try MC/MC
I've played a few rounds at different settings and this course overall appears to be more forgiving than the others of late. There are still challenges at the scalled back speed setting but the course is not demanding perfection, last week it seemed perfection was the minimum required, so there is some margin for error.
