Links Corner Forum

I'm a new Links player in Canada and I'm wondering if anyone can help me with adding golfer apparel. I put several download tga files into the PolyAni folder, then tried using the golfer utility to incorporate them. I get a message that it can't add them because they're not in Links 2003 Archives, but I can't find that particular folder.

I tried extracting, then overwriting an existing shirt file using Add files in the Archive menu, but the new shirts don't show up.

Can anyone give me some hints?
