Try this fix to see if the rough properties stay the same for the game settings and course settings (remember the extra fairway roll):

It appears that the Deep Grass properties stay the same when switching between game settings and course settings. I copied the values for the Rough properties and wrote them into the Deep Grass category within APCD.exe. I switched the texture categories in the course to Deep Grass but they now behave the same as Rough did. At a glance with limited testing by me this seems to be a fix for the rough under course settings.

If this fix holds up to the scrutiny of other testers I'll also fix Augusta the same way.
