you should take a poll of the most popular year in golf history and what ever that year be....complete an ENTIRE field of that polled/favorite year was .ie 2006/7/8....people will be able to simply dl'd that ENTIRE/assembled zip file and enter it into the LVT or Grey Beard torney add on.....simples...great work

I've decided to redo all my anis in Hi Res (the highest resolution the game will allow that is). I found an application that will bump up the resolution on all the parts of the ani (face, skin, hats, shoes, pants, shirts and collars) along with sharpening edges. I've noted the ones that I've converted above in my original post. Any that are noted as Hi Res have also had their body type and skeleton files modified to match their real life build as much as possible with the sources I have to work with.

What I've noticed with the Hi Res version of the anis is just an improvement in detail. That's what I expected, but wasn't sure how noticeable it would be. I think the faces are clearer and the logos on the clothing stand out more. Let me know what you think.

The bad news is that it is a pain in the ass to convert all these. The good news is that I just don't think there is much more improvement to be made. I mean the original animasters were good, but they don't have anything on Big Sexy now baby!!!!

Well, the ani that nobody asked for or wants was created over the last couple days. The Big Sexy JC ani is now complete. I'm about 200 anis in without much more I could learn on the ani making process so I decided it was time to use all my tricks on my own ani. This ani has two things that I've never had in ani before. 1 is a custom Script.txt file so you will never see this combo of sleeves, pants, shoes, hats, shirts on any other ani. 2 is a custom emotions configuration. I kept all the reasonable reactions and got rid of the extreme ones. I took it for a test drive and it played exactly as I expected.

I just finished the last Tiger Woods ani I'm ever going to do. He's the reason I love golf, started playing Links and started playing myself, but damn I hate making his ani files. I don't know what it is about his skin tone, but it's all over the place. In order to get it close, I had to take 20 pics from a 20 year period and get 10 data points (RGB colors) from different spots on his face and then averaged all the reds, the greens and the blues to get me one most common skin tone. Absolute royal pain in the ass.

Here's what I did though. This is the 20 years of Tiger Woods ani. I took a pic from 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017 and made a face for each year. When you go to the ani in the game, instead of saying faces, it says 20 years of Tiger and you can cycle through the 5 faces. All of his apparel is actual Tiger wear (9 pants and 14 shirts) and the hats are two different materials (regular hat material and then a mesh on the sides and back). It's the first time I've ever done different materials on the same hat, but it turned out exactly as I wanted it to. I also used my custom emotions config on this one so you get an animated Tiger, but not a throwing or breaking the clubs 5 year old Tiger.

I know there were already Tiger anis, but after figuring out the Script.txt file I had to take advantage of it with a new and improved Tiger.

I am thoroughly enjoying using your new & improved player anis. Have used several in gameplay, however I noticed something unusual with the Wayne Levy ani 1989 model --- it looks like he has a tail? Thought I would let you know if it was easily fixable.
