MOP Designer

In the Miscellaneous Section of the Options menu lies the MOP (Mode of Play) Designer. With 48 "Links Certified" Modes available it comes as no big surprise that there don't appear to be any customized MOP Add-Ons here on Links Corner. Is this a safe and reasonable ASSumption? 
I'm not pining for anything else to download, but just wanted to be sure I hadn't completely missed the mark in terms of where to search. The search engine drew a couple of Big Blanks.
