chain link fence

Post by dorse72 »

been awhile, actually I'm not sure I've ever put in a chain link fence, is there a good one? I remember the APCD coming w a chain link fence i think in the 3D section. or does it cause problems with the graphics?

i Eric,

If you did the course merge there will be a couple of 3D fences, I use them all the time. No issues.

I am using the chain link fences alot. Might be doing it wrong, but is there a reason why I seem to only have limited "post" options (and none that seem to suit a chain link fence)?

Hi Colin...

Here's the way I generally plant a chainlink fence. Just for this illustration I set the panels at 12' by 12,' and In the box where the fence post size is entered, I chose a small post and put zero's in so the fence posts wont appear. The chainlink panels have their own post on one end.

Hope this helps,

Dan

Thanks Dan (again!), that makes sense. I will replant and do that.

the chain link fence looks like Minecraft, its soo bad! I'm choosing to not use it, just makes things look worse and takes up mb space
