Wasn't able to find Mark Lemond in the members list to send a PM, so I'll just give some feedback on his recent BETA course here: Moonstruck at Point Break Park. Hopefully, he is looking for and will respond to feedback in the forums.

Noticed these two things on #18:

(1) There is something strange in the water fronting the back tees:
(2) The hole boundary covers multiple holes, so the Top View gives a poor view of the 18th hole (it's too far away):
Course seems pretty good otherwise. I like the variety of green locations.

The anomaly you are seeing in the water I believe has to do with the height of the water throughout the entirety of the course. Sometimes with slight rotation of your ani the anomaly disappears, but it should be correctable. Although, if the designer checked the box of death while creating the course, no one has ever discovered a recovery for that issue.
