I have also unsuccessfully tried to connect over the past couple of days, and have yet to receive a reply to my email to Mark Hulka. I have also sent an email to the web hosting company AS19994 RACKSPACE - Rackspace Hosting,US to try to find out what the problem is. Hopefully, I"ll get a response and will post it if/when this happens.
