Does anybody remember what disc(s) had Pinehurst #8 and Wooden Bridge?

if memory is correct pinehurst #8 was originally released as part of the us open at pinehurst add-on pack
theres no wooden bridge course but if you mean covered bridge it was either links ls 2000 or links ls 2001 (or was it called links 2001?)

Luckily I'm a hoarder (much to my wife's dismay) and I think that I might have almost of the original discs. Tight now I'm recovering from:
1 Having to the original version restarted on my Windows 7 "Big Box"
2 Having to reload the courses
3 The Big Box died a week later

I'm taking some well-deserved time off but I shall return!
