Had a Links 2003 Crash, left be with an odd issue, can some help?

Links loads and AMD Radeon R7 200 Series on load screen, but within the game I can not change graphic settings, or it will return to Software rendering, but Radeon R7 200 shows as drop down, but not graphics setting available.
Same issue with a new install of Links 2003 v 1.05.

Have you tried making the change through the registry? That should fix it.

Hi I went back a restore point, this fixed my issue, thanks for your help.
