Re: Hidden Valley Golf Club California
Thanks so much for the nice comments, gentlemen. I just place what looks as natural as possible to me. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I also end up "tweaking" things a bit to make it look better. I'm sure there are some areas that I sort of "miss" that look pretty bland as well. On many courses, Sage's "forest planting" skills definitely add to the courses' realism.

In addition, I neglected to mention, that when available I use hole "flyovers" or other course photos to determine where rock formations are generally located, or where there may be heavier overall planting. So, it's not just taking wild guesses, after all, most of Sage's recent projects have been REAL courses.

Sage and Ron, Just finished a round in the Valley, the Course looked and Played Great.
Re: Hidden Valley Golf Club California
Fabulous course rendition. The background, textures vegitation go together seamlessly. Very lifelike. Elevations, vistas and views are spectacular. Played wonderful on first play through and I can't wait to play again. Another Sage masterpiece.

On my first round it is looking good.
The splash image is quite something, rather an impressive start.
The only thing I have notices so far, and it is extremely minor, is the slope of the cart paths in front of some of the middle tees looks to be too severe.
