There are worse hobbies than the Apcd. I have no idea what they may be ....

It looking very good Sage.
The quality of the overlay gives one a very good idea how this will look, after the Sage treatment.
I look forward to it.

Hi everyone,

Try as I might I can not get this course to load in the game and play it. I can open it in APCD and make changes but it will not open in the game.

I've asked Linkster to look at it and see if he can figure it out but I'm just wondering if anyone else can load it in the game.

Here it is for anyone to do anything they want to see if it works in APCD and the games after a validate/save.

If I can not get this problem solved I may quit designing. I can not put all the time in and have things fail all the time.

Sage....... :cheers1:

Sage,
I downloaded the file and it wouldn't open for me.

For a file of 77584kB the saving time seems very long.
I tried a simple change by deleting a block or vertices from the top, right side and the bottom.

After V&S the course opened in Links.

I have no idea if it is the reduction in Verts or Faces but it did the trick.

I believe there is something else wrong, perhaps what Linkster found with your last course, so Linkster is obviously the guy.

Good luck

Ian did better than me

I tried the file on my notebook. It crashed Links.

Trying to load it into APCD, after half an hour or so it is still just sitting there "loading triangles" APD is showing changes in CPU and memory usage though.

It will load and save in Links Extended but that does help when trying to load it into the APCD.
