Welcome to the "Links PGA Tour" where we simulate the conditions of the PGA Tour. **We select the green speed and Pin positions with the courses we have in the data base, to give you the feel of playing along side the Pro's. ** All holes are played from the back tees.
Knowing I had to score better after a disappointing 77 in round 1, started round 2 with the first drive into the sand trap with a starting bogey, made birdie at #2, 3 putt bogey at #5 and finished the front 9 in 37, back 9 started with a pulled left approach that led to a double bogey, was able to birdie #11 and #12, nothing but pars until bogeys on #17 and #18 to come back in in 38 shots for a 37-38=75 3 over par for a disappointing 8 over par for the Masters and missed cut. 11 fairways, 13 greens, 34 putts, played better overall didn't take advantage of short birdies putts on the back nine especially on 13 and 15.

Jim
75's a good round Jim. Your not alone. Also at +8 was;
Michael Kim
Daniel Berger
and you did better than...
Fred Couples
Jose Maria Olazabal
Mike Weir
Vijay Singh
Johnny Keefer
Sami Valimaki
Nico Echavarria
Angel Cabrera
and Amateur Mason Howell, grandson to the late avid sportsman and presumed lost at sea but later found and rescued back in the late 60's,Thurston Howell lll and his wife Lovey.
I birdied the first
Ended with a +15 for a very embarrassing round I just couldn't keep the ball on the green
Playing that round made working with APCD seem like a walk in the park, it was so frustrating
I will leave the final two rounds to the Links professionals
