Thanks DWG - Have tried Windows / G but this gives the whole screen rather than just the bit I want.

In place of the standard Windows tool I have used a program called ShareX. I have used it where the Snipping tool does not work or I want more options.

Chamonix - No matter what I try, when I try to lay out the hole by using Plan/Define Hole Path (after going to advanced and making the necessary adjustments) I still get a "No Entry" sign (which obviously doesn't work) instead of the usual cursor (worked fine with Corfu). Any suggestions?

Cheers

OK Got it!

The Hole Path Button only works in Top view NOT Bottom.

John,
Might I suggest that it may be best if you view the excellent tutorial made by Lez:
https://linkscorner.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=49

Then all those cobwebs will be blown away.

Good luck.

Thanks Ian.

I've managed to pretty much catch upon everything - the main problem isn't so much as how Links APCD works but using and re-learning other software (such as Paintshop) which has changed completely in the years since I was last involved.

So I've been putting together a couple of European Courses (with a bit of help/memory jogging from Sage) (nearly all the recent courses have been either American or Aussie) which have blown away most of the APCD cobwebs and I'll hold off finalising until I can find reasonable other software.

Cheers

Geez there has one been one "recent" Australian course - Royal Sydney.

More I say

I have been looking at updating/modifying textures for the AniFactory uility I have looked at Paint.NET, PST 7.04 and GIMP, I could conceivably use all three for different things, and even throw the old MSPaint into the mixture, for different things I have indeed used all of them. So I now have all installed, it is only disk space after all. For what I am trying to do at the moment it looks like I will have to use GIMP, it is a face with glasses that I also want to have a sunglasses option.

Now I,m on to a third Course - can't yet finish the first two because of problems with non-APCD software, so no panos, clubhouses and other buildings, hole previews, splash screens and logos.

However, I've hit one problem witin the APCD - the Course (Hamptworth) only has 4 tees, White (W), Yellow (Y), Blue (B), and Red (R). APCD has five!
I've played around but the best I've managed so far is BYBR. Any ideas?

Cheers
