Played a couple of rounds. No obvious issues that I could see. Great course and great rendition by Sage. Planting very nice.
Thanks

Quite a few floating trees seen from common gameplay angles, for example:

Right side of 1st green
Behind 5th green
Left side of 8th fairway
Left side of 9th fairway
Right side 12th hole near tee
Right side 13th hole near tee
Behind 14th green
The tree sort of on the 18th fairway about 150 yards from the green
Behind and left of 18th green

Panorama has an odd spot see image below:

A gap between the panorama and the "horizon" of the plot surface can be seen from 14th green, showing the placeholder Links background. One way to sort of fix it is to expand the plot to show deep grass there instead. See image below:

Personally dont like the texture for the greens, at least not in conjunction with the other textures, or at least not at that scaling.

Happy to see all seamblend properties being correct (at least those I saw)

Thanks for your great review and issue noting.

If it had been only spot maybe, but I dont feel like going around taking and posting 10+ images. Besides, there are surely floating trees in more spots than those I mentioned.

Adelade, how would you fix the issue noted in your image BR14? That issue appears in 2 places on the course.
When I test a course I use only "closeup" view under Main Camera Options. In that mode I never see the issue noted.

I must say I don't see why anyone would use anything other than closeup. When on a real course I don't see 20-30 foot tall people walking around or people with drones flying around to "get a better look".

When on a real course, you can move around to get a look at things, in Links you cant. A normal or panoramic view can serve really well to compensate for that. Especially for players like me who dont use the top cam during normal play (having a top cam is hardly similar to being on a real course either). And especially while putting since I neither use grid, green analyzer, BLI nor putting assistant, that simulation of seeing a bit more makes a big difference. Another reason to use normal/panoramic view can be that it simply gives more scenic and beautiful views on a lot of courses. This issue here is really rare, occurring because of the steep change in elevation combined with the edge of the plot being so close to the play areas. As I mentioned, it can be sort of fixed by extending the plot by the red marked area in the image below - for example by xy-moving out some of the plot's border verts.

OK, I made some modifications and these will be the last ones I do. Glenn Braden fixed the floating trees. Unless I get any massive issues to address this will be it before I release a final. Let me know your issues.
