File Locations Google Doc stopped working?

Is it just me or are the yellow drop-down boxes in Armand's file locations Google Doc (
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... edit#gid=0 ) no longer working for anyone? They used to let you choose between several options in the yellow fields, but I can no longer change them. I guess Google broke that functionality? :/ Or am I missing something?

Check out the "View Only" button towards the top left of the page. If you already did, never mind.

Adelade, if that doesn't work, try this:
It is Armand's file saved as a stand-alone Excel file (no need for the web once on your PC). I saved it this way several years ago in my continuing fear that files like these on various sites would someday disappear (remember APCD-Courses?).
