Newer Nvidia cards

I've come across and "issue" with FXAA. Most of the time I play full screen, but at the moment I am setting up events for the tour I run at LSPN, and I'm using the registry settings to open it in a window at a different resolution. When I am doing this the text is slightly blurry including the numbers for the pins, unless I move the aiming pole behind it. It is fine in full screen at my usual resolution.
