Panorama of this?

Post by Duglis »

Can someone make a functional panorama of this? My PSP and Paint programs don't seem to cut it.

In what area do you find PSP lacking for the task?

The tga files created from psp and paint are not accepted by APCD for some reason.

I take that pic, stretch to proper dimensions and cut out the lower part to leave the top part transparent and make a tga file with proper depth and such and it just is not accepted by the APCD.

I would still double-check that you got the file specifics fully correct once more before giving up: .TGA file, 7680 x 720 pixels, Bit Depth 32 with alpha channel, uncompressed. Otherwise I cant imagine what could possibly cause what you describe. If you share your finished TGA file that APCD wont accept, or a .psd with the background cut out I can try.

Hi Duglis... I looked at one of your TGA files, and it's not saved at 32 bits. For the record, these PANO files MUST be TGA files, with an alpha channel, and saved at 32 bit.

Good luck,

Dan

Real Courses: The National Golf Club of Kansas City - Wakonda Club - Coeur d'Alene Resort Course
Fictitious Courses: Northern Lakes - Golfcom Tees
