What an intriguing golf course (in Yunnan, China). https://www.golfcoursearchitecture.net/ ... t-now-open
Here is a description:
Stone Forest Intl CC is home to 54 holes of golf laid out in three championship golf courses. These tree-lined and open parkland layouts - Yufeng Ridge, Masters Resort, and Leaders Peak - weave their way through breathtaking 270 million year old karst peaks. Many holes nestle down in rugged outcroppings and rock formations, with several dramatic elevation changes to enjoy along the way.
Between that photo and that description, (I would imagine) it would be challenging to design in the APCD for many reasons:
- The courses are probably closed now. All 3!
- The rock formations would be "fun" <sarcasm> to do
- The website of the golf course is not working (any more?) https://www.stoneforestgolf.com/
- Courses in China have been banned in China by an official directive issued by the central government in 2004 -> centrally-run governments, expletive deleted.
