Good luck with this one, Dan1 I've looked at if a few times and even imported a GE layout at one point. Glad someone is taking it on!

I've be hesitant about it for quite a while, but finally decided what the heck. I'll need all the luck I can get. But it will keep me busy for a while.

If anyone else is planning on purchasing some greens contour maps from Strackaline and wants to go in together to buy several for the lesser price, I'll go in with you for the ones that they have available for Coeur d'Alene. Anyone interested, please let me know.

Most important of all, will there be an actual boat we can get in to cross over to the floating green?

j/k - good luck with it, a very ambitious project. Isn't is strange how blurry that green is in Google Earth? I kept waiting for more detail to be filled in, but it never came (probably the green was moving around at the time). I notice from some of the actual photos there is a fair bit of haze along that far shoreline, to be expected at that distance. That should take a bit of the onus off level of detail?
