A Treat To Play Oklahoma Crossings

I just had an opportunity to play the fictional course "Oklahoma Crossings" originally created by Johnny Holland in 2014 for Links. I was a real treat to play this course and it was very realistic in many ways. Some of the highlights included the great seam blending and life-like plantings and water throughout the course. I especially liked the wildflowers, which added so much realism to the experience. The hole previews were exceptional as Mr. Holland featured not only the yardage for each hole, but also a brief history lesson on a different American Indian tribe. I am not usually as fond of "fictional" courses, but this one is an exception and I would highly recommend it to any Links golfers!
