Discontinued courses

Andy,

Would it be possible to add Discontinued courses, as a Dropdown on the list Courses page?

This used to be an available option from the players database.
The toughest shot in golf is your next one.

Discontinued courses is now a list option.
I started off with nothing and I still have most of it left!
