For Sage Vanni (Long Lake Golf Club)

Post by GoesForIt »

Mr. Vanni, I've enjoyed many of your courses, but I have to bring up a couple of things about this one (Long Lake)

1) For all the tees under BACK (MIDDLE, FORWARD, JUNIOR, LADIES), at least one or more have the golfer teeing off into thick woods. These occur on the back nine starting on hole #11. Not woods that you have to draw or fade the ball around, but unavoidable thick woods.

2) I highly recommend that the greens are darkened just a bit. They're so bright that they almost match the grid lines.

Here's one example of the tee situation.

Hi Goes,
Here is a tee location modified course. Take a look and see if all the tees are now playable.
If all is copasetic, we can ask Andy to repost at some date of his choosing..............

Hi Derek,
I can send you a fixed version of the course if you will go though it playing from all tees and let me know if you think all the tees are clear of trees. If you do that I will post the fixed course for Andy to upload.
Deal?

Hi Sage,

have seen the Message. Will test tomorrow. Tonight, I will play some OOTP 23.

Like I wrote in my PM-Answer "Love your Courses" and I'm excited and happy and looking forward, testing this one.

Kind regards
Derek

I've posted a couple of reminders for GFI at LSPN with no response. Not sure I'd hold my breath waiting for a response if I were you.
No matter where you go, there you are.
