Hi all.

Thanks for all the offers of help.
We can call off the dogs.
Problem solved.
It was a problem specific to the Carnoustie course and I'm pretty sure that no one would have been able to get a logo to work, thanks for your offer chad.
It turns out that I had a texture called logo tga and the apcd must call the cameo screen logo.tga as well. This seems to have caused the game some confusion. I've managed to remove the offending texture and now we have a cameo screen.

Now all I have to do is keep off the booze long enough to upload the correct course!!

Wish me luck!!!

If you're talking about fine Scotch whiskey you can resume as soon as the logo is installed! :cheers1:

Peter,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news again, but I just downloaded the newly posted 'Carnoustie 2022 Final' (ID# 2745) and the resulting file still does not match the Course ID and Course Key listed on the course's page (https://linkscorner.org/courses/course.php?crz=2745). It again matches the file size, file date, Course ID, and Course Key for 'Carnoustie 2022' (ID# 2739) on that course's page (https://linkscorner.org/courses/course.php?crz=2739).

Hi gator

I think you are mistaken. I've just downloaded 2745 Carnoustie 2022 Final and the ID and course key match.

The annoying thing is that all the screenshots are the old ones and not he supplied new ones and the pdf, which had been updated, is the old one and not the new one.

Many thanks

Peter

Maybe it's my PC (or me).

I just downloaded it (2745) again using Edge, Chrome, and Firefox just in case it was a cache thing some how as I rarely use Chrome/Firefox. The crz in each of the resulting zip files are dated 8/29/2022, have a file size of 188,302,506 bytes (size on disk 188,305,408 bytes), Course ID of f59c8bc217f240ebbf46510320f87261, and Course Key of aa85f45cf9f0502902b68829bbc0457f. All of those data match crz # 2739, not what the course page for crz # 2745 reports.

Humble apologies.

I was rushing to get the course live before going out earlier today and did nearly everything bar the most important, uploading the damn file. :wallbash:

It's definitely there now.
