Wayne,
Thank you for your offer, I will certainly bear it in mind as I progress and will let you know.
(To make my APCD life easier you could remove some of the bunkers  )
I look forward to hearing your opinion when it is released.
Ian

Match result:
Ballyhack Golf Club 1 v Ian Wells 0

I am sorry but I have to admit defeat. :surrender:
I have spent over 200 hours attempting to build this course in APCD because I believe that the course would be great fun to play in Links. Unfortunately it's not to be. The many, many bunkers are just too difficult, for me, to make a realistic representation in APCD. I will now look for another challenge.

I hope that somebody with a lot of talent and a lot of patience will build it so that I can enjoy playing it in Links.

I would like to thank Adelade for his help and encouragement. :tiphat:

Ian

I think passion for designing means everything. Pushing oneself to finish an unenjoyable project can easily lead to quitting altogether. Active APCD designers are certainly an endangered species, so even though Im sad to hear this promising course gets abandoned, I fully support your decision if its what you want to do in order to keep things fun

The course may have gotten the 1-0, but who knows, maybe one day it will turn out to have been a long term best-of-three all along.....
