PGA National

Post by Jimbo »

I just played a practide round and after 6 years the work of Doug and Glenn has aged like fine wine!
It also has lots of wonderful houses throughout the course and a beautiful clubhouse! That place looks gloriou$$$ in real life and this effort certainly reflects it!

Glenn often gets overlooked (unfortunately) but his work is marvelous!
We haven't heard from Doug in a while..paging Dorse 77...

Great job guys!

Thanks Jimbo, I unfortunately lost the unlocked version of PGA National so updates will be have to come from scratch. I have always regretted not noticing that the plants and grasses had overhead views attached to them which cause the course to render slower than it should.

No problemo! Like I said, it's aged very well and IMHO there would be little need for "fine tuning", except to put come spectators into those grandstands (and maybe build the rest of the spa    !) Now if I can only convince somebody to undertake St. George (Toronto)...life would be complete.
