Round Robin Golf

Post by charliemor53 »

Although I play this on a different golf game to Links, I've found that this fact is probably true to Links.
In September, there is the Alfred Dunhill Links Challenge, played at St Andrews; Carnoustie; and Kingsbarns.
Each course has a number of players and they all rotate around each course.
My simple game has three courses, and I have found that when playing a computer player, what matters - when you can see that he/she cannot possibly win - is winning the final, 18th hole.

Win that hole, and you have the 'honors' for the next course you play on.

It makes for a different game, based on a hole by hole approach.

Where you win by a good margin (3 to 4 strokes), and also have the first tee on the next round.

Nice game, and very enjoyable,
