...just wondering why the internet Links Tour is playing the Open at a fictional course (County Kilderry) when St. George is available?

Who is the "Internet Links Tour"? I've never heard of it. You can't mean LSPN.net, can you? The PLSA tour there is using Royal County Kilderry, but that is just one of the Tours. Of the other Tours there, "The World Tour" has 2 Open Championships.

The "World Tour - Handicap" is using "Royal St. George's 2021Open -Beta v0.91", and the World Tour's "KISS WLT" Handicap Tour is using "Royal St. George's Sandwich 2021 BETA". Both of those Tours are Handicap Tours, however, so you would need to establish your handicap to play in them. Membership in them is free, of course.

For those who would like to play a round using the pins in the tournament, download this. For me, when I double click it, the round starts in Links.
