Re: LSPN.net for FREE

Oh yes, the pins are handpicked (though the odd bad one does creep in)

I am sure Pete at the World Tour has something similar to my Q School to gain your handicap

Re: LSPN.net for FREE

Have a look at the Help Page http://www.lspn.net/help.php On the European Tour it's a 2 round main event and a 2 round handicap event. So you would have to play 6 main events before starting the handicap, OR I can enable the Q School events, which comprise 3 events of 4 rounds each. You can play the...

Re: LSPN.net for FREE

THe generous folks over at LSPN.net have decided to waive the membership fee, opening membership for FREE. Don't miss this opportunity to participate in playing Links competitively at whatever level you wish! Fun for all! Pete I second this. Both the European and World Tour have openings for player...

Re: Newer Nvidia cards

All seems fine with the new card. I've found that I can enable FXAA, but can Enhance at 8x, but not Override. Redraws are quick with the slider to the right even on Kansas National, which has been known to be slow.

Newer Nvidia cards

Is anyone using the later Nvidia cards like the new GeForce GTX 1650 or slightly older 1060 with Links?

Wondering what sort of success you've had with graphics.

My old AMD R7 360 is fine, but I want something newer to play some newer titles. The AMD cards seem so power hungry in comparison.

Re: Links for Windows 10

Aussie Steve wrote: September 16th, 2019, 10:37 am I have tried downloading it again and still no go.
My computer has an Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620.
I am running as Administrator.
It keeps coming up with "it runs minimum 800 x 600"
Any ideas?

Re: Links for Windows 10

Have you got Links running with Administrator privileges? Do you have a separate graphics card or an Intel one?
