I commented earlier that I didn't see any mention of what kind of swing was being used. Now that it's released, 3-click was all that I saw. That had nothing to do with my impression though, although I am disappointed that that is all that is available. My comment of "sucks" has to do with...

Just the fact that it's 3-click means the game sucks? Or you've actually played the game and your first impression is that the game itself sucks? Not sure what you meant.

Being free, I'm wondering if they are sort of testing the waters to see what kind of interest there might be in a future fully featured paid version of the game with course designer, golfer models, various swing options etc. Either that or, as mentioned above, they'll get their money in other ways. ...

Wyntoon and Crouching Beast. You'll often find that you're better off with a 30 foot uphill putt rather than a 3 foot downhill/side hill one. Proper placement is tremendously important on these two courses.
