I understand that "Green Fees" are what they are-------but why would anyone pay just to SEE the course??? That's where I draw the line!

Never had a problem like that on GR. As long as the two of you have the identical course file, it should be fine.

Option (A) is the best choice and much easier than (B). Works fine. Just leave the external drive connected---no problem.

I believe you just need to transfer .crz file to a Courses folder on the new drive. Then go to "Course Manager"---"add"---select that folder and add the courses. When it asks if you want a copy select "No". Leave one course on original drive--Driving range or practice w...

If the fairways are pretty tight and there is no playable rough, I don't believe the course will get much play. Doesn't make for an enjoyable round.

I believe that if you are playing in "practice" mode, you can hit from the water, etc.
