Every time I open google chrome I get the banner at the top of screen
asking me to download this, add that, etc.
This as been going on for a while.
Is there a switch I can turn off, etc. to stop this.
Very annoying.

You cannot change the skill level (points) for a computer AI.
Don't know where 78 came from. a guess?
You can clone an AI & then adjust the skill (points) level of the cloned player.
(options, player, computer skills lower left.)

Works for me. I have win10. It downloads & then you pick open..into my winzip dialog
