Re: What I'm up to
Lez, you've done great work updating Crouching Beast. If you're not already familiar with it another very similar course by the same designer that you might think about updating sometime is Wyntoon. It's the sister course to Crouching Beast, and in my opinion as good or better. I think it would bene...

Re: Do people only want to see and play real courses?
I prefer playing fictional courses, although I like both types. Fictional courses tend to present more of a challenge, and while some of them are "tricked up", I feel that most of them aren't. As for real courses, there are many examples of them which have been lovingly re-created and look...

Re: Ten Favorite Links courses
Crouching Beast is certainly lot of fun to play, and if you like that one you'll also enjoy Wyntoon if you haven't played it already. Same designer and a very similar course to Crouching, but in my opinion perhaps even better.

Re: Crouching Beast
Hi Lez, I downloaded and played a round on your updated version of Crouching. Well done mate! Thank you so much for making a great course even better. I shot a somewhat dismal 2 over par, but...managed to ace the 3rd hole! Thank you again for your efforts Lez.

Re: Crouching Beast
Have you tried my updated version of Crouching Beast yet? Some of the greens had to be altered to make it mod friendly, and all the pin positions were redone. No sir, I wasn't aware you updated it, but will download it shortly. Thank you so much for bringing it to my attention Lez, I look forward t...

Re: Crouching Beast
I have more fun playing Crouching Beast and Wyntoon than any other courses. Sure, there are slicker looking ones out there these these days, but for pure enjoyment those are my top two. Too bad it seems that these are the only two courses from this designer to be found, I'd love to play any other on...

Re: PGA Tour 2K21
From what I'm seeing and hearing I'll probably pass on this, at least for now. I was drawn in mostly by the course designer and somewhat by the graphics, but the actual gameplay just doesn't seem like it's a game that would be as enjoyable as this 17 year old game that we're playing now. The physics...

Re: Anyone Playing PGA Tour 2K21 ?
I'm on the fence about giving this game a go and purchasing it for PC (I don't do consoles). On the plus side: The graphics look pretty good. Also, the course creator looks as if it is something I might actually be able to use fairly easily, and I'd really like to start designing my own courses. On ...
