Re: Hamilton Golf & Country Club
Nope just dropped into real life! Sorry everyone for not being around. Family stuff to finish the summer and then getting back to work for the first time since last March have simply sucked away my time and energy. But I am here! Have had no time on the computer or with the APCD though! Yes, I have ...

Re: Panoramas to stick into other courses?
Hi Doug, I looked through my downloaded panos and didn't see anything that fits. I think the best bet is to make something. You can find lots of starter pictures on the net of course. The height of all the buildings might be tricky to work with, matching the distance to the course. Don't know if you...

Re: Japanese and Chinese and Korean real courses?
@Stephen I'm definitely not in a class with Sage! Maybe only with the number of courses in my APCD folder! Clearly my family responsibilities are FAR less than yours. Due to my hip surgery back in November, then the pandemic shutdown, I've been at home on my computer WAY too much. lol Since I went i...

Re: Japanese and Chinese and Korean real courses?
Well, I blame Duglis for this one. I just opened my Sheshan file. Damn you Duglis! Lol, anyway, I took an hour to update the holes. I made my aerial way back in 2007 or 2008 I think. So I redid some bunkering and changed the line of play on the par 3 12th hole as well. There are bunkers added to the...

Re: Abu Dhabi GC Beta
Thanks Jimbo, the tee positions are something I will take care of before final release. I had forgotten about other 3d. The clubhouse was enough to drive me nuts back when I did it! I'll look at other 3d. I'm also fine tuning greens and fairways based on some PMs people sent me. Hopefully, kick a fi...

Re: Abu Dhabi GC Beta
Thanks Adelade, yes the textures will be changed. But the info like you provided for the 17th is what I'm looking for. I was looking for playability, comments on greens, fairways and lies; if line of play was ok for people. I'm going to run AI round through it too just to make sure there are no prob...

Re: Abu Dhabi GC Beta
It's all the oil money floating around! They spare nothing to make it look like an oasis in the desert. The landscape crew at Abu Dhabi GC is working overtime! On a side note I guess I could have gone more thinly with the edge planting. Just wanted it dense enough to hide the absolute lack of anythi...

Abu Dhabi GC Beta
Hi everyone, the course is posted, thanks Andy. Please download and play it and post your feedback in this thread. The picture below previews the tee shot on Hole 1 and Hole 4. There are various tees and pins available. The course plays around 7600 from the tips. Stock textures and objects are there...

Re: 2 Waste Area textures
Thank you for the textures, Eddie! I'm sure one of my courses will need them.

Re: Chambers Bay Final
Hi Pete, instead of redefining the whole hole path could you not just adjust the red hole shape, stretch to include a back tee? Then use the move tool to shift the hole path to that back tee? I guess deleting the path and redoing might be easier.
