Re: Mauna Kea
Sorry to be a bit late replying, but I hadn't checked forum in couple of days. Mauna Kea is progressing. Yesterday finished verting, texturing, and elevating the final 18th hole. Still a lot of work to do - seam blending, planting, green contours, and I'd like to fiddle around with custom pano. Beta...

Re: Red Sky
Let me know if this is also your scenario: See attached pic. One of the first things I did with my course was adjust the outer border verts elevation. In this case I lowered them since it was ocean. However, as you can see from pic, that created a "gap" when viewed in game between the sky ...

Re: Red Sky
Coincidentally, I'm working on a Mauna Kea course, and I went to test a few holes I had completed, and I saw the same thing like pmgolf posted. I had not seen this in any other course I've worked on. At first, I thought maybe it was because of the elevation (or more precisely, the changes in elevati...

Re: 2000 textures for 3D objects
...it has the ability to export the 3 files needed to create objects for the APCD. Dan, what are those 3 files that are needed? Hi SLucey... I'll refer you to the post where I got my information. It's in this thread down near the bottom where you see a picture of a bench. Download the zip file he a...

OMG! I've just finished with the beta of Sea Island Seaside that I've been working on for some time...and on the day I finish it I read where Davis Love III house burns to the ground on St Simon's Island: https://www.golfchannel.com/news/davis-love-iiis-home-destroyed-fire-no-one-injured My next pro...
