Re: The One Stop Ani Shop
I'm just curious about your Dadbod ani's, did you manage to edit the 3D mesh to give the golfer a paunch? This is the one thing I would love to work on with the ani's but I've never found a 3D program that will open then up for manipulation. Of the plethora of improvements that we have received in L...

Re: For My Next Project......
Sounds like quite and interesting an involved undertaking! Does that mean you are done with making PGA players? If so, I just want to say thanks for all your work on those.

What you have gone though Danny would knock the strongest person imaginable for a loop. Forget about the unimportant things like finishing a course, that's one less worry for you. Godspeed to you and your wife. Hoping for better times.

Re: Reshade breathes new life
It depends on what effects and how many you are using. I play on my laptop which is a few years old with no impact on frames. The only effect that made a difference unfortunately was the ambient occlusion effect which made the game look really good with the extra shadowing but the swing meter moveme...

Re: Reshade breathes new life
Hmmm that's a shame, Ron. I'm beginning to think that the directx files that came with the voodoo2 package might be the key that makes it work great with my Windows 10 Links 2003 install. I imagine you didn't need the voodoo fix to get your game going in Windows 7. The only other thing I can think o...

Re: Reshade breathes new life
Okay maybe because you're using W7 maybe you should have clicked on the DX9 option. Your "Home" button is on your keyboard on the right hand side usually around your delete and print screen button. Also I pointed the Reshader app to both Links exe. files for good measure. I'm not sure if m...

Re: Reshade breathes new life
Are you on Windows 10 or 11? Also did you hit the browse button and point it to both the Links Launcher and Links exe.? Is there a "reshade-shaders" folder in your Links 2003 folder? Nothing happened when you hit the Home button?

Here's one more. Notice how razor sharp the textures are. Also look at the rays coming over the trees. It's a gimmicky effect called Tracking Rays but it just illustrates what you can manipulate.
