Re: The Stadium Course - TPC Sawgrass - Tournament Edition

I have been looking through Adelade's very helpful post: https://linkscorner.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5 where he lists post-2013 courses that might rank highly in previous review schemes that finished in 2013 and among them are the following Sage Vanni courses: Cypress Point Club The Links ...

Re: The Stadium Course - TPC Sawgrass - Tournament Edition

Thanks Weeler, this helps a lot - with over a hundred courses on offer from Sage, it's great to have some signposts! Although as you say, the screenshots where available can be a help. I also like the realistic feel so I'm confident your recommendations will be ones I like too. Thanks again.

Re: Pinehurst scorecards

I've just found a treasure trove. It's going to take a while to scan them..BTW, Canadian courses used to publish "Pocket Pro" booklets for their major public clubs like Banff, Jasper and Glen Abbey. I have the set too. If you're looking for a scorecard, post your request here and I'll see...

Re: The Stadium Course - TPC Sawgrass - Tournament Edition

I prefer Sage's version as well. .....Very nice work. As a new(ish) player I've been guided by course reviews and helpful comments on here as to good quality courses to try and with good results. Sage seems to have produced a lot of work more recently that doesn't figure in any/many reviews as such...

Re: Augusta (Andrew Jones) I'm looking for course guide

Many thanks migolfer, that's great!

On a quick look these are indeed superb extras, the authors put a lot of work into this and it's very nice to add to them to my collection. Much appreciated.

Re: Clip Notes Course Reviews

Well since you ask... Course evaluations are subjective though, and its pretty difficult to predict what Ben might have thought of any given course, especially since a big chunk of his overall scores were based on what he thought of the layout itself rather than the APCD craft, but there are probab...

Re: Clip Notes Course Reviews

Ben's excellent collection of reviews are dated 2013.

I'd be interested in people's thoughts on whether there have been any new courses developed since 2013 that would warrant a spot in Ben's top 150 (that might score around 40 plus according to his scale)?

Thanks!
