Another vote for Wyntoon. Crouching Beast is another one by the same designer that's very similar.

I'm very much looking forward to giving this course a try. I've been lucky enough to set foot on the beautiful course at Sherwood a number of times, as I used to live about 10 minutes away. Never played it though, but can't wait to give it a shot in Links.

(But, then again, perhaps the real course is a bit more bright and green than I imagine.) I've been to Pasatiempo 4 or 5 times and played it a couple of times. I can't speak for what it's like year round (maybe there's a local here who can), but just going from my few visits I'd say it's definitely...
