Has this just started happening recently?

Here is what happens in Links 2000. Looks like it is the exact same problem.
This is what will happen with dgVoodoo and Windows 10.

I think you said you need dgVoodoo to run the game or it won't start. This is fascinating because I have only seen this in Links 2000 but never seen it happen to anyone in Links 2003. I am not certain but if you are trying to say you have no control over the swing, I think dgVoodoo may be causing this.

Can you try the swing without dgVoodoo installed and see if the swing goes back to normal?

I think the swing will work if dgVoodoo is not installed.

Are you using dgVoodoo?
